The prices are in Euro and ment per apartment per week.
A local tourist tax of 1,45 Euro per person over 14 years and day will be added to the price.
The additional sleeping place will be charged separately

The price includes:
Bed and bath linen
final cleaning
wireless internet access
parking lot in our garage (1 car each apartment)
ski deposit with ski boot dryer
Skipass service
Mobilcard – free use of public transport in the region
free or discounted participation at Val Gardena Activ
free entry to the ice-hockey matches
free entry and skate rent at the ice rink Pranives.

Please note that animals are NOT allowed as well as smoking in the apartments.

Booking conditions including cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival, just the deposit is kept. Cancellations between 3 months - 1 month before arrival, 50% of the total amount has to be paid. Cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total amount has to be paid. Two weeks before arrival 90% of the total amount has to be paid.
In the event of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire amount of the reserved time of staying.

Travel insurance:
To protect yourself from possible penalties for the cancellation of a booking due to illness or other serious reasons, we recommend you the European travel Insurance. (Europäische Reiseversicherung)
